A purpose-built ERP covering CRM, IFRS-compliant double-entry accounting, multi-warehouse inventory with FIFO costing, and HR — replacing a web of disconnected spreadsheets with a single source of truth.
The Challenge
A mid-market distribution company was running their entire operation across 14 disconnected spreadsheets. Accounts were kept in Excel, inventory tracked separately, HR records in yet another system. Month-end close took a full week. Audit preparation took longer. There was no reliable single source of truth for stock levels, customer balances, or financial position. No off-the-shelf ERP fit their specific business rules around multi-branch inventory and local tax compliance.
The Solution
We built a purpose-designed ERP from scratch. The platform covers full CRM with lead pipeline and account management, a double-entry accounting engine aligned to IFRS with period controls and immutable posted ledgers, multi-warehouse inventory with bin-level granularity and FIFO cost layering, and HR with leave management and time-and-attendance tracking.
Every financial transaction generates an immutable audit entry. Period controls prevent retroactive changes. The accounting engine produces trial balances, P&L statements, and balance sheets on demand. Role-based access control ensures each of the 25+ users sees exactly what they need to.
